Marketing and Retail

This program is offered  in partnership with Columbus State Community College. Upon completion of the program, students will have the opportunity to earn a Customer Service Certificate through CSCC. Additionally, students will have the option to have this course lead to a Marketing or Business Management AAS degree from Columbus State. 
​

Through the coursework, students will also learn how to apply customer relations principles focused largely on central Ohio's in-demand customer service industries. Students will have an opportunity to earn credentials in both Retail Industry Fundamentals and Customer Service and Sales. These credentials center on customer service skills, communication, organization, and professional business. Students will also have an opportunity to participate in a Work Based learning program.
