Culinary and Hospitality Arts Program Host a
Special Chef for the Day
Brady, a Bolton Crossing Elementary 1st Grader, wrote a book about his aspirations of becoming a chef one day. The Culinary and Hospitality Arts Program at the South-Wester Career Academy brought Brady in to become their Guest Chef for the day. Chef Brady worked with Chef Wright and the program students on culinary skills cooking up items and enjoying their very own culinary creations! Chef Brady shared his own storybook and laughs with the crew at SWCA. It was an honor hosting such an ambitious young man. Thank you to Chef Brady for visiting, and we look forward to seeing you in the program! |
