Hover over the form itself to scroll through its entirety. Click "Submit" at the end when finished.
Attention: We will be accepting applications beginning February 1, 2018.
Remember, these are Senior Only Programs specific to each building as noted on the application. Students within that building will have first priority. If the program does not fill up, then the program will be opened up to all high schools.
The outcome for all Senior Only Programs is earning a credential and direct placement into a career-related position. Therefore, it is highly recommended that students have a valid driver's license or are in the process of obtaining their license, or have the access to alternate transportation to and from the job site.
