Customer Service & Support

This program is in partnership with Central New Mexico Community College (CNMCC). Students enrolled in this college course certificate program will be provided an opportunity to enhance their English language and business professional skills as related to employability and customer service. Upon completion of the program, students will earn a Customer Service Certificate or Bilingual Customer Service Certificate from CNMCC.

Through the coursework, students will also learn how to apply customer relations principles focused largely on central Ohio's in-demand customer service industries. Students will have an opportunity to earn credentials in both Retail Industry Fundamentals and Customer Service and Sales. These credentials center on customer service skills, communication, organization, and professional business.
