Customer Service & Support

This program, starting for the 24-25 school year, will be in partnership with Columbus State Community College. Students enrolled in
this college course certificate program will be provided an opportunity to enhance their English language skills as related to employability and customer service. Upon completion of the program, students will have the opportunity earn a Customer Service Certificate through CSCC. Additionally, students will have the option to have this course lead to a Marketing or Business Management AAS degree from Columbus State.

Through the coursework, students will also learn how to apply customer relations principles focused largely on central Ohio's in-demand customer service industries. Students will have an opportunity to earn credentials in both Retail Industry Fundamentals and Customer Service and Sales. These credentials center on customer service skills, communication, organization, and professional business. Students will also have an opportunity to participate in a Work Based learning program.
