South-Western Fire Academy Senior Only Program Application

This application is for those applying to the South-Western Fire Academy Senior Only Program. This program is open to all South-Western City School District juniors entering their senior year.   • NOTE: All applicants must show proof of a valid Ohio driver's license to be able to sit for the Firefighter I and Firefighter II state credential exam.
  • A valid driver's license will also be required to participate in Fire Truck emergency vehicle training.
